Studies have shown that eating a low-calorie first meal, like a mixed green salad of not more than 150 calories or less, gives you the feeling of feeling full. Don’t ruin it by drowning it with some kind of unhealthy dressing. Use a drizzle of Olive Oil (first cold pressed), if you really have to, slice an organic, free-roaming chicken egg on top of your creation.  If you frequently eat green salads, you’ll likely have a higher positive blood levels of powerful antioxidants, vitamin C and E, folic acid and alpha- and beta-carotene. Especially if your salad includes additional raw vegetables.
